About the Event

Picnic Science is a series of ongoing activities held outside at the The W.T. & Louise J. Moran Foundation picnic tables near the EcoStation. If there is inclement weather, we will be located inside EcoStation!

June 1: Make your own pet rock!
Paint your very own pet rock to take home!

Learn about bees and create a shrinky dink bee!

Investigate volcanos and learn how to make your own volcano with some common household materials!

Go on a scavenger hunt around EcoStation to Identify plants, animals, bugs, and things in the sky! Nature constantly changes, so each hunt will be unique!
